What inspired this series for the podcast?
I feel like the time has come for a big shift.
With the amount of tension, anger and disharmony happening right now around the globe, and after several interactions with strangers in my own life, I really had to get clear around what I was bringing to the table. How am I moving through the world? How do I treat others in my everyday interactions?
I started to see how so many people don’t have the tools to work with or handle built up tension and anxiety.
As we moved through these uncharted waters, we are going to feel the full spectrum of emotions — as we should. And yet, how we walk through the world ripples out into the world in a real way. I wanted to create this FREE series so that we could all have REAL tools for handling what is happening.
#PRACTICEPEACE was born out of my desire to offer something that promotes inner and outer peace in a substantial way.
My vision is that these practices are ones you can apply straight-away, and teach to anyone that needs them.
